How long it takes

Allow 7 to 15 business days from order to doorstep. Checkout shows you the same window before you pay.

That splits into two parts. Nothing is sitting on a shelf, so your necklace is made after you order it, with the card wording you chose, and that takes up to five business days. Then it travels: two to five days inside the United States, and up to ten days everywhere else.

Business days means we do not count weekends or public holidays. Ordering on a Friday evening is the same as ordering on the Monday.

Buying for a date

If the necklace has to arrive by a birthday or an anniversary, order at least three weeks ahead. The window above is honest rather than optimistic, and most orders beat it, but a made-to-order piece has no way of being rushed once it is in production.

Where we ship

20 countries today. If yours is not on this list, checkout will not let you choose it, which is deliberate: taking payment for an address we cannot deliver to helps nobody.

Customs and duties

Orders outside the United States ship from the United States. Any import duty or local tax is set by your own country and is not something we collect or can predict, so it is not included in the price you pay here. Most orders at this value arrive without a charge, but we cannot promise it.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email as soon as you pay, then a tracking link when the parcel leaves. If the tracking has not moved for a week, tell us and we will chase it. An order that never arrives is remade free, as set out in our returns policy.

Two orders, one address

Buy several necklaces and they may arrive separately. Each one is made individually, so they finish at different times and we send each as it is ready rather than holding the first until the last catches up.
